Specially designed diaphragms and gaskets can replace hardened or damaged internal parts of Walbro carburetors. Can restore normal operation of the carburetor.

Carburetor diaphragms _B

This set of radiagms and gaskets can replace parts of the vacuum chamber of Walbro carburetors that have already hardened or damaged. When the carburetor cannot pump fuel properly, you can try to check this part and replace with the new kits.

Carburetor repair kits _C

Metal repair parts are less commonly used. But if the metal mechanism is damaged or corroded, either replace the carburetor. Alternatively, this set of repair parts can be used for replacement.

 When your carburetor fails to function properly, it may be due to internal blockage or component aging. The problem can be solved by replacing accessories and cleaning with specialized cleaning agents.

This set of carburetor diaphragms and repair kits is designed to achieve this goal. Suitable for Japanese Walbro mechanical carburetors that use in small displacement two-stroke gasoline engines. 

Which type of engines can apply these kits? For example: EPHIL 20cc, 38cc, 40cc twin engines; DLE 20cc, DLE 20cc RA, 30cc, 35cc, 55cc engines; RCGF 15cc, 16cc, 20cc, 26cc, 32cc, 35cc engines; etc. Also engines with Walbro carburetor model WT-962, WT-978.

When using these kits, you need to first remove the metal cover of the carburetor and remove the original diaphragm. Please refer to the following diagram of the carburetor structure.
